Been there, had that done to me. At least you got the red, my daughter used blue polish and I was too tired to resist. I looked like I'd been dipped in blue yogurt for days...
PS. I moved from NJ to the UK and then to Canada, still miss those DD Boston Creams. Sigh.

This proves you deserved the donut you ate earlier! My daughter loves to do the same thing, and once my husband let her paint his toenails green. She called him Shrek for days.
I'd laugh, but my nails always look like that when I try to do them myself ;)
You are such a sport...I don't think I could do that! Right now I need little girl to stop bighting her nails so I could paint them. Maybe I'll bribe her with MY nails!
