Whatever you say!

My four year old daughter has this "thing" about people watching her while she plays. She must have complete privacy when she plays with her Barbies or Webkinz.

I walked in the play room a few minutes ago and I could tell I was getting on her nerves. "Mommy," she said, "please get out of here! Go on the computer or something!!"

Hey, you don't have to tell me twice...

No one around here asks me that. They wouldn't have to ask me twice either.

That is so funny . . . my boys don't think they are capable of playing unless we are standing over them watching!

My daughter does the same thing. I think it's because the Barbies are "talking" to each other, and she doesn't want you to hear the conversations and events she's making up. My daughter is always shutting her door for some Barbie private time. It's so cute.

My daughter was watching an episode of Dora once while I was checking in for work. When I came back in the room, realizing that her TV watching was over she shouted, "No, Mommy! You need to check your e-mail AGAIN!"

My five yo daughter does the same thing. She'll be playing in her room in her own little world and if I walk in to put away laundry, she'll stop. She'll wait a little bit and if I don't leave quickly enough, she'll ask me too.

Love it. She wants her privacy, mama.

I wish someone would ask me to go to the computer. Sigh.

That is funny.

My daughter gets very embarrassed too. But I haven't been able to turn that embarrassment into more computer time for myself. Way to go.

Oh, can I borrow that kid for a bit. My kids pull me off the computer and away from the novel I'm attempting to write!

I'm sort of early blog hopping as there are so many that I can't reach all of the blogs!--HP

Mine is the same way! If I stay right there with here, she says I can look but not touch!
