Mother's Day (May 10th) always coincides with my birthday (May 12th.) This year I've decided I'd like to get a really nice good quality everyday summer bag.

I'm partial to Michael Kors...without the pockets on the outside it also can look streamlined if needed...the first is great too, but the pockets definitely make it more casual.
I think I need a new bag for Mother's Day too... great idea Jill!!
I'd go with the first bag in Mocha! They're all really cute, but that's my favorite!
I like the Michael Kors was as well, but I would go with ivory. The first option is cute but much more "mom"ish and casual. The MK one could be cute for a night out too.

I am thinking the Michael Kors in mocha. I like them all especially because I love big bags.
I've been doing white/creme bags in teh summer, love them but have to toss it at the end of the season it's too dirty looking. Just an FYI...but I just get a new one every summer. I found one at Nordstroms rack, do you have one. And, love them all!!!
I like the MK one too, a little more dressy. I would never have the guts to carry a white purse anytime.

I prefer the larger bag in the mocha color. The ivory is nice, too.

Michael Kors Camel - all the way!
I have an ivory MK bag but I never use it because I'm afraid it will get stained or dirty. I've had it for several years and I've only used it a few times. Most of his current bags have an off white burlap lining which doesn't appeal nor look very durable. My MK bag has a soft camel/gold lining with the MK initials embossed in the fabric.
My most versitile bag is my Dooney and Bourke in their mocha signature fabric. Love that purse.
The hobo in saffron or the Michael Kors in camel- both neutrals, but very stylish! Happy Birthday!

I like the Michael Kors bag. I have one like it and it's my absolute favorite. Something about the strap and slouch work for me.
I had a bag from Anthropologie with a braided handle for 3 days and guess what...it came unbraided.
