Scrolling Sunday.

Footnote: I absolutely think these t-shirts are funny (except the CAT one-that's a little sick.) I have a pretty immature sense of humor...BUT...if some dude picked one of my daughters up for a date wearing one of these-I might get a little bit worried. Especially since my girls are only 8 and 4-they have to wait until they're 30 to date... :)

This is the type of humor I have been subjected to for he last ten years. Just this morning we were talking about getting a new tv and he said he needed to measure our entertainment center to make sure it would fit and I said it went out to 72 inches so it would be no problem. Do I really need to tell you what he said? :) I'm a lucky girl!

Oh my goodness, those are funny, but I know I shouldn't be laughing. (And I certainly wouldn't be laughing if one of Ella's future suitors comes to the door dressed in one!)

Ummmm...

I would never let my either of my sons where a t-shirt like that and it goes without saying that my daughter would NOT be allowed to date anyone who wore one of those.

Come on!!!

live in a Retirement Community in Central Fl.
We have several Buffalo in corals throughout the Villages. This baby came into the world about 1 week ago and weighs about 100 lbs (ouch)
I tried to feed the mother a carrot but she was afraid to take her eye off her baby for even a second. I tossed the carrot to her and she was able to eat it and keep one eye on her offspring.
I love Spring a time of new beginnings for animals, plants and people.
I visited my brother in law this weekend he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer which has metastisized to his liver. Of course instead of a beginning this diagnosis brings on only thoughts of "the end". He is in a Clinical Study which consists of 15 weeks of Chemo using experimental drugs combined with proven drugs. He will have 3 weeks on of chemo and 1 week off.
If anyone out there knows of anyone who has had this grim diagnosis but has survived please let me know.
At this point he needs any help he can get.
I sincerely believe that somewhere out there is someone that can lead him in the right direction.

My boyfriend would get a kick out of the Boobies one, but he'd never wear it! Those shirts are awful!

Yeah, we have a pretty immature, warped, sarcastic sense of humor around my house, too.

A few months ago, my husband wanted a shirt that said "I'm not a gynecologist, but I will take a look." I did snicker when I first read it, until he said he wanted to buy it. Like, seriously, we have 2 daughters. I am not really sure how much wear he would get out of that one, thankfully he did not buy it. :)

Dear Desperate Mama,

Does #1 daughter mean first born or your favorite?

I saw a bumper sticker resembling the cat shirt, except it said: I LOVE CATS! (in much smaller letters) they taste like chicken

Hee hee!
