I'm sitting up completely wired from too much candy and excitement, so I thought I'd share a few Halloween photos with you.
Apparently I'm not up with the times in my neighborhood, because lots of houses were offering beer, wine and vodka to the adults. Who knew? Apparently I didn't get the memo.
Anyway, don't forget to check out my previous post.
Guess the identities of the bloggers I've actually had a conversation with and you could win a $25 Starbucks Card!! For me, that's WAY better than candy OR vodka.
Good luck.
(oh and by the way, my daughters are the goth girls...the other gals are their bestest friends...)

They look so cute! One reason why I love Jersey .....alcohol and trick or treating...why suffer!
cute- julianna wore the goth cheerleader in 1st grade. she thought she was the coolest :)
and yeah we went around neighborhoods in a golf cart and some houses had beer/wine and water for the kidlets.
very cute pictures/costumes. It rained here in NY so it was less than fun for the kiddies and parents.
Oh well!
On to Thanksgiving!

In my neighborhood there were hoards of parents toting cools of beer behind them.
I didn't offer wine to anyone, but it was flowing in my house.
Alcohol for the grown ups?? I'm trick or treating in NJ next year! Your girls' costumes are cute. Halloween is so much fun :-)
We were sitting w/ neighbors bbqing and drinking and when one group of Halloweeners with dad walked away that dad muttered, "Thanks for offering me a beer"
We didn't even know the dude.
Jello shots at 4:00 = bearable trick-or-treating..LOL. The girls looked great! What attitude! We had fun. The rain stopped long enough to t-or-t, then we were supposed to move on to another party, but Zach yacked all over his white carpet...bonus Halloween treat (asthma, not candy induced). Fun times!
Too cute! What great costumes. And what's up with the alcohol? Never heard of that.
GREAT costumes!
It's always great when kids put creativity in their costumes. Great job!
Oh, and I totally get the 'giving out wine/beer to the adults. Last year, we had only one trick or treater, but the kid was with about 6 adults who were all holding 'roady cups' with cocktails. Times have changed!
